reaffirmation

as i was hitching a ride back home last night, someone asked me "why i always think so much?"

i wish i'd knew, i told him. because if i knew, i wouldn't think that much anymore.

what he said may have been said before, but last night it hurtled towards me.

"perhaps u think so much because you don't trust God enough."

enough said.

in today's, actually yesterday's a-thank-you-a-day-keeps-the-demons-at-bay series, thank GOD for opening my eyes to what my job scope is. the human resource seminar i attended reminded me of why i wanted to be a manpower officer in the first place -- i had wanted to learn something i could take into the civilian world when i finally complete my military liability in august next year. it also reminded me of the realities that i have to cope with that prevent me from fully seeing out my role in the office. that i am really a human resource manager as a manpower officer. that in spite of all my circumstance, i was deeply encouraged.
