gee. whenever i read winston's blog i feel i am reading an online sermon. and i feel so puny. missed service...again. this time i slept earlier than usual the night before just so that i would be able to wake up but no. instead i woke up later than ever. maybe my resolve is just still not there yet -- coz i woke up to tap my handphone alarm shut and then went back to sleep again. but really think i am too tired by the week's work. last week i never went back earlier than 7pm. plus i had to go to work on vesak day. beat that!

guess i really missed out on what i would have liked to hear. i read the cell materials. yeah, i missed the sermon but the cell stuff was pretty ample in describing what went on. i think. even though i woke up at 11, i must tell u, i was like a zombie the entire day. went for cell. saw andrea and pris for the first time in like 6 months? and then to lunch and then to the zouk flea mart. bought my first dance CD there. dave seaman's set at melbourne. apparently that's his second home after london. it's rather appropriate ain't it? my first official dance place i went to. expo doesn't count since it's a one off thing. went to trumpet praise after that and then to hmv heeren to look at some more CD's and get my new wallet. think i would try what kyoto jazz, tenaglia and some other titles mark, vincent and brian have been talking and raving abt. still can't really tell the difference between house and trance music. despite the attempts by tagalog stallion and brian to explain. i think i should take an active interest in educating myself on the stuff that i let into my ear and mind and soul. my conscious music education would begin now. i hope. i still have yet to resume work on the guitar.

think i shall refrain from talking abt the book i am still reading until i have completed it. coz then i can write a really good review on it. the next week will be quite tough. but i have a super long week end. planned it as a reward for myself. hope i would be able to enjoy it. coz my next project would start as soon as this one ends on thursday. *siGh*
