My Indonesian staff-worker room mate at the East Asian Regional Conferenc(EARC) passed away after suffering a heart attack yesterday.
He was not even thirty years old.
I barely knew Erwin Situmpul, but this comes as a shock to the system - you wouldn't usually associate heart attacks with one so young.
Maybe he had prior health problems. Maybe something happened along the way.
But he is definitely in a better place now.
Rest in peace. Amen.
