it was one of those moments
when i wished time stood still.
so idyllic, so magnificent, so majestic.
it's a pool side image
that will stick to my mind
for as long as i live.
the reminiscence of days gone and past
the fellowship of friends
and like-minded people in Him.
the culmination of weeks of slogging.
tha laughter, the chilled out mode.
i never want it to end.
yet people are on a journey
and this is but a common stop we all arrived at.
it's time to hop back onto the train of life
and plug along His trusted path.
time and tide wait for no man
so they say
yet stopping to smell the roses
once in an acute while
to marvel at God's magnificent grace and mercy
to bask in His ultimate glory
is yet but something of the essence.
so till we meet again.
in utter thanksgiving and gratitude.
imprints in the starry sky
utterly cosmic
yet solidly reminds
of a time once past and spent.
time.
so unstillable.
yet so improbable.
