inadequate

after having agreed to take on the sec two bb boys for bible study on saturday mornings, i now face up to my biblical inadequacies. i have to cover the life of abraham and now i am worried i cannot convey in its full essence the fullness of his life under the Lord.

because quite simply, i have NEVER studied abraham before.

and now cell and preparing for weekly meetings with some of the boys i am looking after in church, i realised i am totally inadequate in terms of teachings. jimmy could deliver his punchline after punchline because he has been reading and spending time with God. i simply haven't.

but then, you may say, that's why we all need God. true. but we need to know our stuff first. because we need to go that place first before we can bring people to that place.
