financial restructuring
civilian conversion course for me has begun. and one of the many modules in it is financial restructuring. i have got to learn to live with less money because i am going to be getting far less than the riches i am receiving now.
the next phase would involve eliminating daily cab rides to work every morning. this is going to be the most trying aspect actually. coz that means i am going to have to wake up early.
i am going to save up 500. and am working towards tithing 100. and living on 400 a month. if i survive on 5 a weekday and 25 for weekends, that would make 50 a week. that would mean 200 a month. add 50 to that for transport and technically i should have 150 'spare' cash for me to spend on things like a new handphone or club or books or clothes.
i have made significant progress. i have gone from spending 1000 a month to spending 800 and now 600 a month. now it's onto 400 a month and my last final phase of financial restructuring and arguably my most difficult. tsk tsk.
and on today's a-thank-you-a-day-keeps-the-demons-at-bay series, thank GOD reminding me that i should not dependent on other people or things, but on HIM for all of my needs. simply because HE is the only one who can truly satisfy.
