the monday after

yesterday at service, pastor daniel talked about the truth. yupz. the truth. thought it was pretty thought-provoking how he mentioned how our parents always say 'all religions is good because they teach you to be good'. but is it really all the same?

how is God different from the others? if a truth is a truth, it has to be universally true -- accepted by all. if a truth is not universal, then it has to be an opinion. the truth is that "He is the way, the truth and the light." are you prepared to reflect the belief in the truth in your life?

weikang called from michigan yesterday after service ended at 11am. he called me from america at a rate of us$0.01/minute -- astonishing low, and perhaps quite expectedly, the connection was pretty screwed. but managed to hear him quite well all the same. it was a good 15 minute or so chat. he seems to be doing good there -- studying hard and all.

ah well. was duty officer on saturday when some units had their mobilisation activated. was co-ordinating all the submissions of reports. an easy task made difficult by stupid people. got me so tired on sunday. blah. enough said.
