revenge of the migraine monster

i do not even know what hit me.

my next appointment with neurologist is on wednesday and it took me this headache to go find out that. coz i had to rummage the bag for my tablets for those painkillers when i saw my appointment card and saw the date.

i was clean of all migraine attacks the last 2 months. but my clean record had to be ruined. argh!

guess it was the weekend that did it. did not have the time to sleep in coz of the retreat and stuff. plus i gave tuition on sunday afternoon. and met marcus at night. so yeah.

which made me think. looking at my blog and my life. it's like i have been living for the weekends. i do so much in the weekends when i really should just slow down and unwind from the week. or maybe not.

all i know is that now i am still at work with traces of my latest migraine attack still in my system. it's still throbbing...and i still have to lead worship at tonight's prayer meeting.
