time is of the essence

i decided against going down to wheelock place to audition for the channelnewsasia reality show thing this afternoon. because i reckon there were more important things other than that i should be doing -- like start my reading for my south asian term paper due tomorrow for example.

but mainly, i just didn't feel the peace to go ahead. assuming if i get through, the committment is till end may and i didn't like how their terms and conditions sounded like, so i decided not to. besides, i don't want to endanger my grades.

so i spent afternoon having lunch with andrew. haven't done that in a long while. kind of gave him a lunch treat i said i would if he aced his term exams which he did. so i am kindda feeling quite poor now. but it's all for a good cause i guess.

i have got another paper on child labour in south asia to go before i can sleep tonight. thank God the thoughts are flowing, so now all i need to do is to organise them. after that, editing of my bureaucracy paper before i hit the sack. hopefully before dawn breaks.
