the demise of mcdonald's iced lemon tea

this has got to be the greatest tragedy on earth. i remembered when i realised that mackers in new zealand did not sell iced lemon tea, i was so gutted the whole day.

now this.

mcdonalds singapore has switched to using seasons ice lemon tea which i totally abhore, instead of brewing their own iced lemon tea. now there's no more reason why i should go to mackers any more.

it's like closing a chapter of my life. when i think how i first started drinking iced lemon tea, i think about my fairfield days. those times when i used to go to clementi mackers everyday alone, sipping my large ice lemon tea. those days when i did not feel like eating, i just drank a large iced lemon tea for lunch. it's like a relic of my youthful days gone by.

now that it's gone, it sure is a sign that i must move on as well.
