poisoned by food

monday night. 2am. felt bloated tummy. woke me up from my sumber. proceeded to toilet to puke. thought it was gastric. popped 2 actal tablets with hot milo. went back to sleep.

4am. woke up. again. this time to urm...lao sai. feeling feverish. puked again.

6am. woke up. positively feverish. temperature 37.4. just nice to go to work. felt totally horrible. but promised my friend to be neutral officer for the ippt he was conducting in camp that day.

7.15am. already went to the toilet 5 times. training shed. had to put on a front. had to deny 3 people of their ippt passes coz they cheated.

9am. medical centre. fever. 38.2 degrees. masked. waited for doc to see me. said most prob just food poisoning. but if pain moved more to the right of my tummy. it could be appendicitis. hmm. thought this sounded quite familiar. 2 days MC. mind went crazy thinking of how much work would be backlogged again. went crazy thinking how this is my 3rd mc for the month. how can i be so sickly?

10.30am. at home. tummy cramps. fever at 38.5. whined to sleep. it was so irritating. popped charcoal pills plus panodol.

today. 8am. slept till 7.30am today. still feel feverish et al. the tummy still is quite crampish. argh. the diarahoea is still persistent. never felt this sick for a long time. those migraine attacks just required me to stay home and rest. this one. different. can't even sleep peacefully.
